Our app helps UK fleet operators choose vehicle tracking, theft protection and cameras, inside the AI assistant they already use.
What it does
- Suggests a setup for your fleet. Tell it what you run and what matters to you, and it suggests a GRS setup, worked out by our own rules, with an indicative cost where we can give one.
- Explains each option. What it does, who it suits and its limits, in plain words.
- Plans a switch. When to give notice on your current tracking contract, and what to check before you move.
- Gives practical guidance. What to do after a theft, how to protect vans, plant and tools, drivers' privacy when you use tracking or cameras, and what to ask your insurer, with public sources.
- Passes on your request, only if you ask. For a call back, a quote or a demo, the app shows a card with exactly what will be sent. Nothing reaches our team until you press Send to GRS.
Nothing can be bought in the app. You get your price and terms in writing before you sign.

Vehicle just stolen?
If your vehicle has just been stolen, report it to the police first. If it has a GRS tracker, then call GRS on 0333 000 2055: theft reporting is available 24/7. Each recovery attempt is charged.
Add the app
Look for GRS Fleet Telematics in your assistant's app or connector directory. If it isn't listed there yet, you can add it by its address:
